Château de Sauvage

Vineyard located in a clearing with an agroforestry project under construction since 2019. The organic farming allowed also to develop a beekeeping activity since spring 2021 and honey available during summer 2022. The name Sauvage comes from the family Charlet de Sauvage, from the owner's mother, Vincent Dubourg. Sauvage comes from the latin word salvatica, meaning forest, which give a double meaning because the vines are precisely surrounded by acacia, chesnut, oak and pine trees.
